Project Summary
This is an ongoing program. SCWW is a free, phone-based program that offers multiple welfare sessions, recreational programs and friendly discussions. This program is open to the aforementioned age group, living anywhere in Alberta, who have difficulty leaving their homes to participate in social activities within their community.
