Project Summary
Valley Line East of 13 km opened for passenger service on November 4, 2023. Valley Line West of 14 km is under construction. They add to the city’s original LRT of 24.3 km. The current Edmonton transit System carries 120,000 passengers daily. This significantly reduces fuel use, carbon emission, and road construction.
